Rytuo is an all-in-one operating system for massage salons and day spas. It combines a booking calendar that tracks both therapists and treatment rooms (including couples and four-hands massages), an online booking page with deposits, and Asystentka Rytuo, a virtual assistant that answers clients 24/7 on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and the salon's website chat in the client's language (Polish, English, Ukrainian, German), quotes real prices and books free slots straight into the calendar. Salons also get gift vouchers sold online and at the desk, automatic therapist payout calculations, a therapist app in English, Polish, Thai and Indonesian, SMS reminders and gap-fill invitations, a morning owner report with revenue and occupancy, and a network dashboard for multi-location chains and franchises. No commission on bookings, a fixed price per location, support in English and Polish, and full onboarding done for the salon, including data migration from other booking systems.
