RYNR is a freight sales system for international freight forwarders and logistics service providers. It combines CRM, quote follow up, marketing automation and AI assisted communication in one platform that comes preconfigured for the agent business and runs next to the forwarder's existing TMS, ERP and operational tools. Every quote becomes a deal with shipper, trade lane, mode, validity date, margin and owner, and every quote ends with a clear status: won, lost or expired. Follow up runs on a cadence per transport mode, for example air the next day, LCL after two days and FCL after three, and stops as soon as the customer replies. Email, WhatsApp, SMS, social messages and website chat land in one conversation view on the contact, so the history stays with the company when a salesperson leaves. Sequences for network conferences, a partner pipeline for agents and reactivation of customers who go quiet are built in. Teams build landing pages with request forms for new lanes and events, let customers and agents book calls on the company's own domain, collect signatures on credit forms and agency agreements, and send invoices and payment links for services billed outside the TMS. Dashboards show conversion by lane, salesperson and customer segment. On Professional and Premium, AI drafts replies to standard enquiries and drafts lane updates and posts for review before anything goes out, and the API and webhooks connect RYNR to the TMS. Premium adds AI handling of missed calls. Pricing is flat for the whole team instead of per seat, with three plans and a 30 day trial. RYNR was founded by Karsten Kaya, who has more than twenty years of experience in freight forwarding and project cargo.
