The conditional pricing feature is perfect as well as sometimes you need something a bit out of the box when setting up your own wholesale rules and this plugin suite delivers in the best way possible. I would love to see some shared inventory functionality with the plugin for bundled products. It would be great to list a base amount of products that another bundle could draw from and the individual items that make up that bundle could be reduced. We had to resource some 3rd party softwares that didn't really capture the function 100% but it worked enough but it would have been great if this was a native function within this suite. Wholesale Suite Plugin includes so many features to make it flexible yet easy to understand. The knowledge base is excellent and will answer any questions you might have. I first tried the official Woocommerce wholesale plugin. It was expensive and very basic but in the end did not do what I needed it to do.

I really like having the ability to set prices for different wholesale account types as well as on a per-product basis. The Quick Order page is one of my favorite features. It makes ordering so efficient for customers who already know what they want without having to shop around using traditional navigation.

So far everything has worked well and I have not had to contact support. Of course, I initially didn't have everything setup correctly and had a few problems. But that was user error and it was quickly solved by reading up in the Knowledge Base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you exclude a product from wholesale users, it is only excluded from the Quick Order form but is visible through your website navigation. What was happening was wholesale customers were not using the Quick Order form and were able to purchase products excluded form wholesale. Maybe I have something setup wrong. If you have a global discount for wholesale, you will need to set the wholesale price for excluded products on a per-product basis.

The other problem is inventory control. We sell soap. I want wholesale to be able to backorder but not retail customers. I could not find a way to do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been using Wholesale suite for the past few years, allowing an easy portal for our reps at BeachLightingUSA.com to place bulk orders, without the hassle of selecting single items. This plugin makes ordering easy for my wholesale customers. The best bit for me is the Wholesale Order From it's just awesome! My wholesale customer can now make orders all on one page. The onboarding process for new wholesale customers is so slick, i can vet a new wholesale enquiry within second and give them access to wholesale ordering and information within seconds.
