Whether a product sells at the retail level or the wholesale level, the inventory syncs. With Shopify I had to use an app and because of that the inventory levels didn't sync when a product sold. This is honestly the biggest reason I left Shopify, this plugin has saved our sanity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Wholesale Suite? Wholesale Lead is my least favorite, I honestly don't like the format. It would also be nice if I could upload documents into the customers information as sometimes they have to email me. If that's a feature, I haven't figured it out. I prefer to drag and drop the information I need and not have preloaded areas. I use the custom fields but drag and drop like my other apps from Shopify, are much easier in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Wholesale Suite solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping our inventory accurate is a blessing! Being able to assign wholesale roles is great too. What do you dislike about Wholesale Suite? A limited set of features (like enforcing step count) doesn't work with my current theme when viewing a product category page. Easy to set separate wholesale tiered pricing for either individual products or across the entire store and make it easy for wholesale customers to order and checkout. We don't love the account registration / approval process. We have several clients that offer a wholesale arm of their business, and we have used Wholesale Suite to put this solution successfully in place for them and they have had great success with it.
