rylivo is an AI phone assistant for businesses, operated by Rylivo UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Berlin, Germany. It supports teams that want to handle incoming calls when they are busy, cannot answer, or are outside their opening hours. Businesses keep their existing phone number and connect it through call forwarding. The assistant uses information approved by the business, including its name, opening hours, services, frequently asked questions and relevant instructions. It can answer questions covered by that information and collect a caller’s name, callback number, reason for calling and appointment request. The opening greeting identifies the business and explains that an AI is conducting and transcribing the conversation. After a call, the business can review its notes and transcript in the customer portal. Email notifications and optional SMS notifications depend on the configured setup. This gives staff a record of the caller’s request to review and follow up on. Appointment handling depends on the business’s calendar setup. With a supported connected calendar, the assistant can check availability and book a selected appointment after confirmation. Without a connected calendar, it records an appointment request for the business to confirm. It can therefore support a team that continues to arrange appointments manually. rylivo offers monthly and annual billing for its phone-assistant plans.
