Good User Interface and Vast Drop down options . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rydoo?

One improvement area for the workflow is that once the workflow crosses each approval stage , the user should be notified via an email.

This will help the user to be aware of the stage his/her workflow is in without logging in the Rydoo app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rydoo?

It is really easy to use, with data loaded automatically once the invoice is downloaded Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rydoo?

Sometimes it can get more than 1 week to receive the money back, but I don't know if it is handled by Rydoo or the company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rydoo?

A clear user interface, an excellent smartphone app, and the ability to customise the coding structure for expenses is very useful. The upload into our accounting system is also straightforward. I have not found any issues with it after a year of using it as it is well thought out and reliable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rydoo?

Occasionally it picks up the wrong details from a receipt when scanning; it would be great if you could manually instruct/teach the algorithm to pick up specific details so that it can learn for when you scan a repeat receipt! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rydoo?

It just works as you want it to. You submit your mileage or expense, and your supervisor approves. Boom! It's on your next paycheck. I've used it in both staff and supervisor roles, it's easy on both sides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rydoo?

Sometimes with large updates, we lose some saved data. Last time we lost saved addresses that we travel often. Other than that I have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
