Also as an administrator, you don't need a trainings of days. A short introduction call is enough. Rydoo supported us from the beginning in the setup of our new expense tool. Filters you set in your view, are not applied when exporting the report. As we have different branches (over different countries) it is not always necessary to see all the expenses in one view. Restaurant costs, employee gifts, customer gifts, but also hotel costs, lunches, dinners, car/taxi/train costs. Even for mileage costs we use Rydoo.
