The microcopy used and the interface itself is not intuitive. In my office, every new joiner receive a small user manual for Rydoo. As an end user, I don't get why expenses have so many statuses. Want a simpler mode, where every transaction IS an expense. I think this is an incredibly common use case for users with corporate cards. Every transaction on my card is an expense. I am a user who uses this product because my firm does. I don't like our process, and that is likely to color my view of the product. I like to take pictures with my mobile phone to the tickets at the moment of payment. After my trip, I arrive at my office and I can finish very easy and fast the submission of the ticket. They really bring great features to the table for the end users (the employees) who are tracking and submitting expenses and receipts, as well as tracking mileage, booking trips, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The integration with Quickbooks is lacking (not being able to export reimbursable expenses and CC receipts separately without a hacky workaround) and the inability to automatically direct deposit expense reimbursements to employees is a nice-to-have that is very noticed when you've used Expensify.
