RxShift.ca is scheduling software designed for shift-based environments. The platform features an editable weekly view where managers can set shifts, adjust hours, and mark days off. Multi-team tabs enable switching between different locations or departments. Multi-week planning displays up to four weeks at once and allows duplication of recurring schedules for streamlined planning. The software uses flat-rate pricing rather than per-employee charges. Employees access their schedules and submit availability through a self-service portal, which reduces back-and-forth communication. The optional punch clock functionality tracks clock-in and clock-out times for payroll and attendance documentation. RxShift.ca supports vacation marking and unlimited schedule edits. Historical data retention extends up to three years depending on the plan selected. The platform generates print-ready schedules that can be posted or exported as PDFs. The interface requires no training to operate.
