(2)5.0/5

RxDelta is automated pharmacy billing reconciliation software built specifically for independent retail pharmacies and small pharmacy groups in the United States. Every month a pharmacy bills thousands of claims to insurance and buys thousands of items from wholesalers, and the two sets of numbers rarely line up cleanly. The NDC billed to the PBM is often not the NDC that was actually purchased and dispensed, because generic drugs ship under many different NDCs. Quantities come up short. Some payers reimburse below what the drug cost to acquire. Finding these discrepancies by hand takes hours in a spreadsheet each month, and spreadsheets miss things. RxDelta solves this problem end to end. You provide two inputs: the billing export from your pharmacy management system and the invoice files from your wholesalers. RxDelta normalizes both, matches them line by line at the NDC and package size level, and returns a complete reconciliation report in under three minutes. The report surfaces NDC swaps, shortages and overages, and reimbursement below acquisition cost, broken out by PBM and BIN. Findings can be exported to PDF or CSV, or packaged directly into MAC appeals and PBM audit responses. RxDelta supports direct integration with the pharmacy management systems independent pharmacies actually use, including PrimeRx, Liberty Software, PioneerRx, Rx30, Computer-Rx, BestRx, QS/1, and McKesson Pharmaserv, plus any system that exports CSV or Excel. Intelligent header detection handles over 200 column name variations, so files do not need to be preformatted before upload. Three pricing tiers cover different levels of hands on support. Data Access ($199 per month) is self serve with unlimited reports. Inventory Specialist ($399 per month) adds wholesaler file gathering and specialist reviewed reports. Managed Reporting ($799 per month) is a fully managed white glove plan with a dedicated account manager. All plans are per pharmacy, billed monthly, with 15 percent off annual billing and no long term contract. RxDelta is built by pharmacy operators for independent owners, focused on revenue recovery, PBM audit readiness, and clean reconciliation records they can actually act on.
