It integrates operations, programming, and CRM into one system, accessible via web browsers and progressive web apps. The platform centralizes class scheduling, reservations, waitlists, and subscription management with automatic alerts. It tracks athlete documentation, including medical certificates and ID verification with expiration monitoring. Coaches can design training blocks with warm-up, strength, conditioning, and technique components, stored in reusable libraries. It supports individual athlete cards and level-specific programming. CRM features monitor finances, athlete activity, and performance metrics via dashboards. Athletes can log personal records, calculate one-rep maxes, and view leaderboards. Data is stored on EU servers with GDPR compliance. RX Plan avoids ads and data sales. The interface supports light and dark themes in Italian.
