Good support from RWS team. Extensive community. DXA reference implementation. Content modeling flexibility. Integrations with Elasticsearch, Opensearch and OpenID Connect for SSO. **What do you dislike about RWS Tridion Sites?** Overcomplicated workflow processes. Difficulty in troubleshooting publishing, customizations, extensions. Logs can be difficult to track down and/or provide little or no relevant information. Difficulty in finding or navigating correct documentation. DXA has historically been challenging to install and get up and running. **What problems is RWS Tridion Sites solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing web content for multiple websites. Bulk and scheduled publishing are much capable and user-friendly. **What do you dislike about RWS Tridion Sites?** 1- Workflow should be made simpler in integration and lightweight in functioning. 2- Separate module-wise licensing model is sometimes hard to estimate. **Recommendations to others considering RWS Tridion Sites:** It is an excellent content management product but not for small businesses as the license cost of this product is at the higher end. **What problems is RWS Tridion Sites solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it for multilingual content management and digital experience management. We are able to manage localized content much easily from a single place. ### 3. Feels too bookish to use. **Recommendations to others considering RWS Tridion Sites:** It works well for an international sports brand and should work well for smaller brands as well. **What problems is RWS Tridion Sites solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tridion helps in the e-commerce Website Content Updates for a sports retail giant. Updates on the homepage, product description page & product listing pages. From the text to images to video, content is easily updated using SDL Tridion. Images that are on the cloud can also be updated using Tridion. ### 4.
