For new user they will need a proper training of approximate 45 days to learn about each and every feature of this tool if we talk about the pricing of the software then it is also on the higher side which makes it a expensive option for small startups and companies. Rutter came up with a brilliant idea of single API approach by consolidating customers across platforms. It helps users to reduce the complexity involved with managing multiple API platforms. The things that I like the most about Rutter are – wide platform coverage, ease of use and responsive support. With their developer friendly documentation with examples, anyone can get started easily using their intuitive set up process. Ruter’s pricing plans are probably value for money for medium to large scale organization but they should also think about startup or solo developer as the pricing may feel a bit costly for them. The best thing about Rutter is that it provides a single API which can support all my integration needs such as Payments, Ads and E-Commerce. Thus it makes the process faster and simpler allowing me to roll out integrations seamlessly. The customer support team at Rutter is also quick to respond and resolve issues. Rutter has a very interesting product as it allows any busines that see value in the data held in an accounting system or social media platforms to connect to a simple one API and access multiple platforms available in the industry. I will focus on accounting, since that's the area of interest for us. Via Rutter we were able to connect and maintain one single API and allow our customers to connect their preferred accounting system to facilitate onboarding, accounts payable, receivables and expense management. Their product has 100% uptime and we've been working with them for 22 months. Their customer service and communication has also been fantastic as far as sharing product updates, answering any questions our developers may have, and even walking our dev team through best practices. I guess the only "negative" is that they can't be my sole integration partner bc the experience with Rutter has been night & day the best relative to providers like Plaid and other companies. We work with franchise brands, who have fracnhise owners that could be using any number of accounting software solutions.
