Since its adoption, we have gained greater control over everything we do. It has become part of our routine. Since we started until today, the RunRunit team has worked hard on its evolution. They have listened to us several times through interviews, and we have seen our suggestions being, in a way, adopted by them. I find this customer listening very valuable. The reports meet our needs. There is always something to improve, but I understand that they suit our reality well. It is a system that does not crash and has fast displays. In this regard, we have never had problems. The implementation of the approval system (even though it is still in a somewhat timid step) opens a new perspective for using the app and was very well received here. For us, a very important path. It works, but we are eagerly awaiting the next steps. Including features such as the simple inclusion of comments directly in the file (in a pdf, for example) to a central hub with a history where everyone involved in the approval can view the flow. **What do you dislike about Runrun.it?** Although there has been progress in this regard, RunRunit still does not handle batch actions well. From the layout itself, with UX adjustments, to the incorporation of suggestions (which, by the way, are evaluated and responded to quite quickly). The page to check the system status is also very useful. **What do you dislike about Runrun.it?** The Android app is very limited. And the filters for conducting searches are still very confusing. Even when unchecking all email receipt options, the system sends excessive emails (system defaults), causing the user to naturally mark them as false positives. **What problems is Runrun.it solving and how is that benefiting you?** RR.IT recently implemented a suggestion of great importance for our workflow: the CTRL+C / CTRL+V of images. This feature was a request that was accepted very quickly by the RR.IT team, and we even received a notification when it became available. ### 44. Sometimes the response time for requested improvements is a bit slow as well.
