It's them! When we hired the platform, it was very different from what it is today in terms of features. Seeing the evolution of each resource and tool month by month has been fantastic! To give you an idea of how aligned this is, until 15 days ago we were considering hiring Zapier to integrate a Google briefing spreadsheet we have with each client into the tool. Out of nowhere, we wake up on a beautiful Monday and voila: "We released the form in the tool." I work in a very specific niche, which is the education market. So, we have a period of the year with a monstrous volume of tasks, and a part of the year when this volume drops to almost zero. Runrun.it provides visibility so that both I and our process manager can understand when to hire, when to prospect new clients and potential markets, work on tasks to improve our communication structure and that of the client, this is fantastic. Time predictability and financial predictability mean the same thing to us. Again, I truly hope to be able to count on the platform forever! **What do you dislike about Runrun.it?** In parallel with Runrun.it, we use software here for internal communication, and we chose Slack. We even tried to adapt to using only Runrun.It for exchanges, but this part is still not very intuitive.
