What do you like best about Runrun.it?

The app's interface is excellent, the kanban works properly, and the ability to add multiple collaborators (each with their own time) is excellent. Forming teams helps when checking progress. The dark mode was the best update in recent times. I frequently use the app, and the integration with the team is quite satisfactory due to its easy implementation. I haven't used customer support yet, but from the emails I receive, I see great proactivity from them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Runrun.it?

At the moment, my only complaint is not being able to use image files as "mini covers" for each task, because since I work with creation, it becomes much easier to locate the correct task without having to open several. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Runrun.it?

the screen for manually justifying working hours has bad UX. To use it properly, the user needs to go on chrome settings and go on full screen, otherwise you cant click de call to action or click on the close button once you've finished.

The layout could have advanced and simple use in order to be more simple and less confusing to the user, there are too many unecessary options that have no use for some users. Giving the user the power to customize their experience would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Runrun.it has been part of my routine for almost 1 year, I use it daily and it is essential for organizing my work routine. This tool has proven to be extremely important for the execution and management of the demands of the team I am part of.
