What do you like best about Runrun.it?

It's easy to locate tasks. I can communicate with coworkers in one place, get notified, and assign other people. It's a great help when I have tasks with deadlines, because it lets me know when the deadline is approaching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Runrun.it?

There are many positive aspects of runrunit, but what I like the most is the support and the ease of viewing the kanban. Besides being a practical and intuitive tool. The support with my team is great, very helpful, polite, and efficient! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Runrun.it?

One point that still needs improvement is the lock on the team's schedule. Having this automated would be much more interesting and efficient. For example, if a person works 8 hours a day, they need to fill the day's tasks with a total of 8 hours. If you try to allocate more than 8 hours a day, a warning will appear informing that the person's schedule is already full, and always show a message indicating how many hours the person still has available for the day. Practicality and direction, we use RR.it for task control and directing each collaborator, ensuring that each one knows where they should work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Runrun.it?

Honestly, the endless customization possibilities do not appeal to me, because in my field (finance and data), the more "non-standard" the information, the more work it is to generate reports, correlate data, etc. But this is a personal view, I believe customization brings benefits to other areas. What do you like best about Runrun.it?

The Kanban organization is the most helpful part of runrun.it, I can see the time I have to complete the task, how delayed it is, follow other colaborator's tasks, and so on. That helps me everyday to undertand what are the most urgent tasks and what to do on my day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Runrun.it?

We do not use the "play" feature, as we all forget to turn it off when finishing the day. Although, this is not a dislike or unhelpful feature, I only do not use it much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Runrun.it?

RunRun.it is an essential tool for managing demands within our Marketing team. We can visualize as a group all the demands that clients submit, their progress, general details, and it's easy to view the dashboards to identify strengths and weaknesses to optimize our work.
