One thing I really love about Runrun.it is the fact that it is super easy and pleasant to use. The platform allows me to create tasks to be done, plan regular activities, and track my time on each of them. This is because it is extremely intuitive, easy to navigate, and has a wonderful and user-friendly design. The reports and dashboards are my favorite features for measuring team productivity, while the integration with other tools greatly facilitates our workflow. Well, there aren't many things I dislike about Runrun.it, but I think I would be even more satisfied if I could customize some reports and charts in a better way. Sometimes, I feel that some customization options are missing when it's necessary to display information uniquely. Runrun.it has been part of my professional routine for more than a year and a half, every day of my professional week, and it has proven to be an extremely important tool for the execution and management of the team's demands I participate in.

I consider the tool simple and very intuitive. A highlight goes to its visualization boards, which allow organizing and visualizing demands, both for your team as a whole and only tasks assigned to you. The Kanban mode is among the best things the application can offer.

Since I started using runrun.it, I have never had major problems to the point of having to request help from the platform's support.

Runrun.it has a very cohesive, simple, and easy learning curve. With very self-explanatory functions, the experience with this app, for me, only becomes more and more gratifying and rewarding, in terms of task delivery and workflow in the work environment.

I can't say many cons regarding the tool, however, something that makes my experience with Runrun.it "tiring" is the number of tools that sometimes clutter the screen. I understand that many of these tools are useful for other teams and professionals, but for me, I don't see the need.
