Without a doubt, it's a great tool for project management, you can monitor very well and make accurate analyzes of the hours you work on a task, not to mention the amount of customizations, presets and macros you can make. And of course, the design, super functional and intuitive, a masterpiece of UX! **What do you dislike about Runrun.it?** I believe that the most negative thing I saw is the slowness of the platform, it is slow when handling tasks from board to board and also when you assign hours, but nothing much beyond that. I also witnessed some visual bugs, such as tasks not being cloned and hours not being recorded, but this was quickly resolved when reloading the page. There are many useful tools to assist in task management. It is excellent to be able to add external users for work approval and interact with them through the platform. The basic tools are very intuitive to use. **What do you dislike about Runrun.it?** Some things could be adjusted. Although it is enabled, I do not receive notifications of comments and new attachments on tasks, only if I am mentioned, which makes me have to keep checking. I also miss some search filters for tasks. **What problems is Runrun.it solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visualization of the amount of work.
