Runecast presented us with excellent value for money in ensuring our vSphere estate is continually compliant with the latest VMware security recommendations without needing to read through all the VMware documentation to achieve it. With a fair and straightforward pricing model, easy-to-use interface, and easy-to-digest suggestions, Runecast Analyzer made perfect sense to deploy in our environment where staff time is a precious resource. Sometimes the number of advisories can be overwhelming, and it isn't always clear what to prioritise when first running the tool over a new environment. Not every 'severe' recommendation was applicable in our environment - but Runecast Analyzer certainly gave us an excellent starting point to begin working our way through the technical debt of security configurations within our environment.
