**What do you like best about RunCloud.io?**

RunCloud has a very unique and clever informative dashboard backed by powerful hosting software. RunCloud is also one of the only CPanel alternatives to offer a free trial and free plan. If you are a web designer or web agency and looking to host your own customers on your own server, this is the best way to do it. 

**What do you dislike about RunCloud.io?**

It would be great to see RunCloud implement a way for an easier setup, as you have to enter a code into the terminal to install the RunCloud dashboard software, meaning this product isn't fully for beginners just yet, but web developers may need to have some knowledge of connecting to a terminal or using a software program like PuTTy.

**Recommendations to others considering RunCloud.io:**

While there are other solutions out there, RunCloud seems to be on point in offering more bang for your buck. In addition to the one-click installation feature, they take care of your GIthub needs. The dashboard is very detailed in monitoring your website, running daily healthchecks, and even offering a team feature to allow you to invite multiple people to use your account. The professional team is always willing to help and there is also a Facebook group with more-than-willing volunteers to help you with any problems you may have. The product also features off-site backups and restoration as low as $0.03 per day.

**What problems is RunCloud.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With RunCloud, I am able to create and host several websites on a single VPS. When a single website goes down, the others are not affected. It helps me keep track and monitor all websites. RunCloud remains very fast. The one-click feature, particularly with WordPress and other applications such as Joomla, Drupal, and phpMyAdmin makes installation easy and instant.
