The interface is easy to use and provides a good customer experience for both us and the end-user. **What do you dislike about Runa?** Sometimes not all the same denominations we're used to or ranges of denominations are available to us, but there's usually a fix or it's a brand that isn't used much so it's not really a loss on our end. **What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've had a better customer experience on both our side and on our recipient's side. It is seamless and user-friendly. It is very easy to login and coordinate rewards to send out. I have no complaints. **What do you dislike about Runa?** I would like to just create saved groups of brands to send out so that I don't have to scroll through so many to pick a few that I want to send. This would make things easier. **What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to use employee rewards. Employees receive the gift and simply click on a link to redeem it. Has since been added, but have not yet had the option to test it **Recommendations to others considering Runa:** WeGift is a great option to provide the reward recipient a choice in what they get as an incentive and also eliminates the fees associated with other platforms **What problems is Runa solving and how is that benefiting you?** No fees are associated with using this as an option for our associates. As a nonprofit, this is very helpful in keeping our costs down. ### 8.
