It's convenient and I feel safer doing my payroll with ADP versus a smaller company. The chat with a human representative on the bottom right of the screen is amazing. I thought it was just AI at first. I also like the extra late payroll deadline of 4:45pm PST the day before the paycheck date. If the payroll deadline became 2 days before the paycheck date, I would definitely switch. The value is not there. It is too expensive. I choose to pay it due to convenience and the late deadline for payroll. Navigating the home page would be easier if I could customize my widgets on the dashboard/home page. I want the Reports page to e on my homepage with the reports I want(favorites). The integration was fine. I have a separate time keeping company and I wish they could connect with ADP. I don't care for the AI chat bots on any website so I don't care for ADP's chat bot. Until I was able to learn how to get to a human representative, the AI chat was annoying because it seemed like they wanted to put many barriers between me and a representative. but I am able to get to a representative within 5 minutes, and I love that. The biggest thing on my mind when using ADP's features is that I want to be able to have my own widgets on the home page so I can navigate easier. The icons on the left blue bar are not intuitive. I dislike that it was not initially obvious to me that I had to request a human representative on the AI chat. So I did not find it useful for a while. The side icons need to improve. Run Powered by ADP has been an effective solution for all of my payroll needs. The online portal is easy to use, so it’s rare that I need to contact support for technical help. On the few occasions when I have reached out to the support team, the assistance has been efficient and effective. The portal’s performance has been stellar, and I haven’t experienced any site downtime. The built-in integrations within the online portal have also been sufficient for my needs. The best thing about RUN is the ease of use. You can quickly find everything you need to process payroll and run reports. We were able to connect our 401K company to our RUN program without any difficulties. When running reports, i find that they load quickly and completely. when i have questions i have always been able to find my answer through the help and support tab. One of my biggest frustrations with ADP RUN is the user permission structure. I don't like that I can't assign a single administrator to manage both Time & Attendance and Onboarding in one profile. Additionally, only Payroll Administrators can complete onboarding tasks, which limits flexibility and creates unnecessary bottlenecks. RUN Powered by ADP gives our Business, Control of its finances. I basically point and click, input the information via the user interface, and have immediate access to reports, tax information, EVERYTHING, I need to complete my daily payroll tasks. The speed and ability to integrate the information into any form we need, is what made this the clear choice. We often have to add new Local Tax Jurisdictions, via new hire information, ADP's Live Chat feature, always comes through with the technical support we need to complete onboarding. We were going to go another route until we reviewed the pricing, discussed options with our representative, and found a budget friendly solution that worked best for us! The AI is extremely helpful!
