I HAVE HAD MINIMAL NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES WITH RUN. WHEN THERE HAVE BEEN CHANGES OR UPGRADES TO THEIR PLATFORM IT TAKES A LITTLE GETTING USED TO BUT OVERALL RUN IS A VERY USER-FRIENDLY PROGRAM. I AM NOT FOND OF THE QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP INTEGRATION, MAINLY DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF ACCOUNTS MY CURRENT COMPANY HAS. IT TOOK QUITE A WHILE TO SET UP OUR ADP GL TO EASILY INTEGRATE WITH OUR QB DESKTOP. Such an easy system to run payroll. For a small business it's an easy interface and simple to learn. I like how I am able to use my phone to run payroll from anywhere I am. When entering the main page or app the main run payroll button is right on the main screen so this a quick way I run payroll right away. When looking for something specific like a specific report it does get a little over whelming, but this is only because we are a newer business so the titles of reports, we are just not familiar with. I like being able to make changes and get the information I need in real time, without having to rely on an agent for assistance. However, if I do need to speak with someone, the wait time is minimal. The help articles are actually helpful, and I also like that RUN integrates directly with QuickBooks. Once my account is fully set up, the system is easy to use and pretty self-explanatory. I also like being able to give employees access to an app-based account, so they have 24/7 access to their pay, benefits, and other HR information whenever they need it. What I find most helpful about RUN Powered by ADP is how seamless and user-friendly the entire payroll process is. It simplifies payroll management by automatically handling payroll tax calculations, filings, and payments, which saves time and helps ensure accuracy and compliance. Having those tax responsibilities managed for me provides peace of mind and allows me to focus more on running my business instead of worrying about payroll administration. The thing I like the most about this software is that it's easy to use and very intuitive to use. The way the software is laid out, is similar to other web applications with a menu bar in the left to jump to different sections. The software also provides reminders such as if it's a holiday coming up and payroll has to be submitted earlier. I also like that any questions I have I can easily call and get a person. I can call if I have questions about the software and using it, or call if I have a HR question. We use this software for payroll, keeping track of employee records, and workers comp insurance. The software does have integrations with other platforms and software, but we do not use this feature yet. Overall the performance of the software is very reliable. When it does maintenance, it is overnight and outside of business hours. There is a banner at the top of the software that announces any upcoming planned maintenance. The pricing of the software if fair for everything it provides. Having that number to call for HR support has been huge, and allowed our business to not have to hire a dedicated HR person which is a huge return in investment for the business. The software does have AI features, but we do not use these yet. However I feel confident that we will use it in the future as it learns our business and our trends with payroll. The downsides can be the wait times on the phone. 90% of the time I call, I am able to speak with a person within two minutes. However at the end of the year and beginning of the year, the wait times can be up to 45 minutes. Another thing I dislike, is that we constantly get calls to try to upsell us on other services. I really like how easy it is to navigate RUN Powered by ADP through the app and website. Everything is organized in tabs, making it easy to add employees and manage manual checks. It's really organized and easy to use, which helps make payroll super fast, super quick, and super easy. We can get it all done in just a few hours. The transition to using it was very smooth, and it's easy to understand after a few days. I like that everything is organized on the side, and when you click on a symbol, it tells you what it is, like 'report' or 'payroll,' making it really easy to navigate.
