For example, if something seems "off" to the system compared to normal patterns, or it notices a change that might impact my payroll, it will point these out to me so that I can double check them for accuracy. I also find their customer service to be excellent on the occasions that I have a question or concern. I find that the system works reliably well, and it does a lot of work for me in the background without me having to think about it. Some examples are automatically handling IRS transmissions and filing appropriate tax forms, as well as seamlessly handling wage garnishments if/when they arise. I wish I could type notes directly into an employee file such as complaints against them, compliance issues, incidents and HR conversations. Documentation is so crucial in HR and protects the employee and the Company. I HATE the layout of the handbook. It's wonky and has way too many spacing issues.
