Finding reports is really confusing. I have a hard time searching because, even when I use the search option, I still get a lot of reports that don’t match what I’m looking for, which makes it difficult to find the right one. I don’t like that I can’t see the PTO hours each employee has available while I’m running payroll. It’s very inconvenient. Also, we have different employees with different schedules who receive different amounts of holiday hours for each holiday, but ADP doesn’t have a way to automatically apply the correct holiday hours when everyone’s hours vary.
