"User-Friendly Payroll with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I find RUN Powered by ADP to be a fantastic program that allows me to easily pay hourly, salary, and production pay employees. I really like that I can access it on my phone, which was super helpful when there was a question about a paycheck. I was able to quickly access the needed information to address my employee's concern. The knowledgeable specialists that assist are very nice and offer great customer support, which is one of the reasons our team switched from QuickBooks. I also found the setup to be different but easy to learn. Overall, it's user-friendly and the support makes it valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

I wish RUN Powered by ADP had a debit card option for payroll. It would be great if ADP could issue a debit card in lieu of a paycheck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Fair Pricing, and Truly Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

They are easy to use and they have really good support. I don't have any specifics on integrations but the performance is good. The pricing is also priced very fairly for such a large company that does so much. I don't currently use the AI very much but any time I've tried to use it, it didn't work great, so I usually just transfer to a human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

My experience onboarding with them has been a nightmare. If I hadn't used them before and knew the other benefits, I might have cancelled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Platform with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

Everything is available in the one section. There are always knowledgeable people awaiting to assist. You can go on anytime and get support. And never have an issue that we are not aware of Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

Sometimes the site is slow and requires me to log in and out. The system can be slow at times and requires us to log in later. I wish it would be easier to navigate when it is slow at times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Payroll Management, Paperless Perks"
5/5
What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I like the ease and reports that RUN Powered by ADP offers. We just started going paperless, which is wonderful. Every employee was able to get on the app on their device, and they can get their check stubs themselves, so employees are not asking me to print their stubs anymore. It feels great that everyone is already on direct deposit, making the transition even smoother. Also, I appreciate the ability to run reports between years, which has been a wonderful change. CALLING IN FOR HELP IS DIFFICULT- BUT CHATTING IS VERY EASY & HELPFUL. COULD BE COSTLY FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. It could be costly but they offer discounts for longterm customers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly HR & Payroll Solution for Small Businesses"
3.5/5
What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

ADP RUN is a very user-friendly platform and an excellent solution for small businesses. It covers the core aspects of HR in one place, including payroll processing, tax compliance, pre-screening, and employee management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

While ADP RUN is user-friendly and great for small businesses, it does have a few drawbacks. Some users find the reporting features a bit limited compared to more robust HR platforms, and customizing certain workflows can be tricky. Customer support can occasionally be slow to respond during peak periods. Additionally, while the pricing is reasonable for small businesses, costs can add up as your team grows or if you need extra features. Overall, it’s a solid solution, but there are areas that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Payroll and Hiring with High Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I like that RUN Powered by ADP is fast and efficient. The addition of importing through AI for timesheets has been excellent, even though there are still some kinks to work out. It works very well and makes my time easier since I don't have to manually key in everyone's hours. It's very user friendly, and with all the updates that have been happening lately, it's even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

I'm gonna say the new hire documentation. Such as when I upload a sheet onto there for the employees to finish, I wish that if the employee didn't finish it, I could go in there and select it and finish it for them, without it leaving a little yellow yield symbol on there. I tried to do the integration, but the amount of money for the Homebase integration, I didn't wanna have to pay for Homebase. I used the basic service, and then I'd have to pay for an API to get Homebase into ADP, and I didn't wanna do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Payroll and Time Management, Needs More Customization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I really like the ease of timecards, payroll, PTO entry, and location verification with RUN Powered by ADP. It's been great for making the time entry simpler for staff, allowing them to easily clock in and out with just a button. I can monitor all the entries online, and the integration of information into payroll for final review and entry has been seamless. The initial setup was pretty easy too, which was another plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

I would like the payroll screen to be more customizable. The fact that I can't get rid of columns that I don't need to see, or at least reorganize them, is ridiculous and shrinks the section I actually need to a small window that requires a lot of back and forth scrolling. "User-Friendly HR Dashboard and Fast Support, but Employee Training Needs Clarity"
3.5/5
What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

The dashboard is fairly straightforward. I really like the Human Resources section and resources. I appreciate that it saves time when onboarding by showing required documents and local and state policies based on your business address. This is my first time using a payroll system like this.

I also really like the few times I have had to reach out about an issue that I was able to be connected to a live person very quickly and I didn't have to go through a number of AI prompts trying to explain the situation. They were able to resolve the issue quickly and also spent some time walking me through some of the features I was unaware of as a new user.

I can't offer any perspective on the price and ROI as I do not have experience with other payroll systems to compare it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

The staff training piece isn't clear. I have had issues with getting people connected and able to access the training modules.

I also would like to see more prompts for new employees or users to the system on simple things such as not using a work email as an employee (not an administrator) and I would like to see more training for employees on how to access tax forms, checks, update records, submit PTO, etc. Maybe there are video modules available but I haven't seen them yet and it would be great if they were part of the required onboarding/training plan automatically. "Fast, Helpful Support and Easy Mobile Time Tracking for Payroll"
5/5
What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

The support you have when you have a question or issue with the program. I was able to call someone and quickly get a fix to my issue. The time sheets are easy to understand and make doing payroll a breeze. The ability to have my team clock in and out on their cell phones makes it easy for them to track their hours since we are on the road most of the time. The price of the program is reasonable for all the features we are able to take advantage of between clock in and out and reports we need for the state and government. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

The sales calls I get for other programs when I did not ask for it. Send an email and if I am interested I would reach out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Payroll Solution with Room to Improve"
4/5
What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I like that RUN Powered by ADP works properly and appreciate its features, which allow me to find things on my own without needing AI or customer service assistance. The Time Clock and the ease of importing time cards for Payroll stand out for me. I also appreciate that they handle payroll taxes. The initial setup was so easy that I just had to go through all the questions, which made the process effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

The amount of glitches and timecard errors that occur. I feel like the whole program is down for an unreasonable amount of time. On a weekly basis I have to go in and correct time cards because of the error that happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
