I would like to see the Time and Attendance feature integrated with the main RUN software more. It would help me tremendously if I could run a time card report for a certain date or range of dates that includes pay rates, to get a picture of actual labor cost for that day or those dates. It saves me time that I can chat with an associate instead of calling. I have multiple accounts on ADP so it helps save time that im able to search all people from the main menu. I am not able to go to the deductions page when running payroll on my 1099 people. When im running payroll and click on deductions or any other item, I cannot change to any of the other update profile items within the same screen. When I click save it brings me back to the main payroll screen. Many different people that are sometimes difficult to understand. Mostly okay. If by the chance you forget to move money over to your payroll account--adp punishes you for ever----even if you have been an exceptional client for many years. I find RUN Powered by ADP to be a fantastic program that allows me to easily pay hourly, salary, and production pay employees. I really like that I can access it on my phone, which was super helpful when there was a question about a paycheck. I was able to quickly access the needed information to address my employee's concern. The knowledgeable specialists that assist are very nice and offer great customer support, which is one of the reasons our team switched from QuickBooks. They are easy to use and they have really good support. I don't have any specifics on integrations but the performance is good. The pricing is also priced very fairly for such a large company that does so much. I like the ease and reports that RUN Powered by ADP offers. We just started going paperless, which is wonderful. Every employee was able to get on the app on their device, and they can get their check stubs themselves, so employees are not asking me to print their stubs anymore. I'm gonna say the new hire documentation. Such as when I upload a sheet onto there for the employees to finish, I wish that if the employee didn't finish it, I could go in there and select it and finish it for them, without it leaving a little yellow yield symbol on there. I tried to do the integration, but the amount of money for the Homebase integration, I didn't wanna have to pay for Homebase. I used the basic service, and then I'd have to pay for an API to get Homebase into ADP, and I didn't wanna do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the ease of timecards, payroll, PTO entry, and location verification with RUN Powered by ADP. It's been great for making the time entry simpler for staff, allowing them to easily clock in and out with just a button. I can monitor all the entries online, and the integration of information into payroll for final review and entry has been seamless. The initial setup was pretty easy too, which was another plus. I would like the payroll screen to be more customizable. The fact that I can't get rid of columns that I don't need to see, or at least reorganize them, is ridiculous and shrinks the section I actually need to a small window that requires a lot of back and forth scrolling.
