Solving problems around payroll can be so stressful, and every customer service rep I have spoken to so far has been incredibly helpful and thorough. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** The thing I dislike most about RUN is I wish that there was a free version of the app for employees to be able to access their paystubs. We frequently have issues with employees not being able to access their accounts if they have had employers use ADP in the past. I think another thing that could be improved or what I might suggest is a little more clarity around the reports what exactly they do or more definition of defined and purpose for each one because there's so many options and that can be overwhelming and sometimes you might not know what report to choose and you just have to search until you find the right. It also can’t support 50+ employees, so we’ll need to switch over to Workforce. Hate it. I very rarely have questions or need help with anything, but I feel like I avoid asking even longer than necessary because the AI assistant doesn't accurately understand what I am needing help with, but also only let's me choose between 2 options for answers. If neither matches what I am actually asking, there is no "neither of these" button. The tax reporting is an excellent feature. RUN does all our tax filings and reporting and if there is ever a problem, it's easy to reach out and get questions answered. We were using Quickbooks payroll processing prior to ADP. It was more expensive and left too many of the requirements to process payroll in our hands. It now takes us approx. 15 minutes to process payroll each week, which is way less than our QB processing time. ### 45. I’m able to add multiple pay rates for employees who do multiple jobs, and the holiday time and overtime capture features take a lot of the guesswork out of tracking hours. I also really like the live chat feature—you can start with the bot and then connect with a live person if the bot can’t resolve the issue. I’ve gotten help from both, and it’s been a good experience. I also like that adp can intergrate with most softwares. the site is slow at loading a lot of times but other than that I don't have to many complaints. I see the intelligence with the website and I love it! Another thing I love about RUN is the ability to copy the schedule but a suggestion Id have for it is when employees request time off or unavailability within the app it would be nice to see it on the calendar as a good reminder because after I approve them sometime I forget. It use to show on the calendar but with an update it stopped. Now the pricing is pretty good, for the convince of all what we get in our package, we definitely see the ROI with certain employees and their unique situations, its also reassuring for our customers that we run background checks on all employees. thanks to ADP RUN, its a great software. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** The loading of the site, from the internet to the mobile devices, it takes forever to load, especially when Im in a rush. And each page loading in the site takes a minute to load. And the schedule situation when I approve time off or unavailability. It no longer shows in the app or on the schedule. id like to see something like a file for the employees when they onboard, a place to keep disciplinary actions at. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** im able to handle all Human Resources issues because im able to speak to the agents for help, the constant updates new update within our state. They were patient and persistent in resolving the issue I faced. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** Getting in contact with ADP was initially frustrating. The automated prompts asked for an account phone number, but I was unsure if it needed my number or the number the account is listed under. It doesn't allow for the use of the same phone number for personal and admin accounts, which was frustrating. My phone number was not attached to my admin account, so I couldn't receive code texts for access. I had to keep hitting 0 to get to a live human.
