It's been great for making the time entry simpler for staff, allowing them to easily clock in and out with just a button. I can monitor all the entries online, and the integration of information into payroll for final review and entry has been seamless. The initial setup was pretty easy too, which was another plus. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I would like the payroll screen to be more customizable. The fact that I can't get rid of columns that I don't need to see, or at least reorganize them, is ridiculous and shrinks the section I actually need to a small window that requires a lot of back and forth scrolling. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** RUN Powered by ADP makes time entry easy for staff, allows me to check and edit times, and simplifies payroll processing. I really like the Human Resources section and resources. I appreciate that it saves time when onboarding by showing required documents and local and state policies based on your business address. This is my first time using a payroll system like this. I also really like the few times I have had to reach out about an issue that I was able to be connected to a live person very quickly and I didn't have to go through a number of AI prompts trying to explain the situation. They were able to resolve the issue quickly and also spent some time walking me through some of the features I was unaware of as a new user. I can't offer any perspective on the price and ROI as I do not have experience with other payroll systems to compare it to. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** The staff training piece isn't clear. I have had issues with getting people connected and able to access the training modules. I also would like to see more prompts for new employees or users to the system on simple things such as not using a work email as an employee (not an administrator) and I would like to see more training for employees on how to access tax forms, checks, update records, submit PTO, etc. Maybe there are video modules available but I haven't seen them yet and it would be great if they were part of the required onboarding/training plan automatically. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have any specific at this time. The ability to have my team clock in and out on their cell phones makes it easy for them to track their hours since we are on the road most of the time. The RUN program makes it easy for me to fix errors they make and make sure that I cover all the hours they work. The program then tells me the total cost for the payroll so that I am sure that there is enough money in the bank. If I were to think of one thing, it would be the frequency of the run updates for employees. I'll reported that it was very had to reconfigure into the way I use to have it download. So now I run the monthly reports as a pdf and entered into an old template, I havee saved. I don't know if there's a way we can just enter all the insurance, health insurance, and Guardian deductibles, like sync straight from the Guardian and health insurance websites. And don't need to enter that manually. The other payroll service's customer service ends at 8pm EST. I'm often doing payroll or other HR things late into the evening or very early in the morning and trying to work around the inconvenient time schedule of other service was insane difficult. With ADP I can have questions answered any time of the day. I am not shuffled between different people with different skill sets and waiting on hold for next expert to help me. One call to ADP and one customer service representative answers all my questions, helps me correct any errors, teaches me how to prevent mistakes from happening in the future and educates me on the process I have questions about. Switching back to ADP was a seamless process as well. Where as switching from ADP to the other payroll service was complicated, lengthy and confusing. The Vendor Pay option is fantastic, allowing us to pay employee deductions for fundraisers directly from our account, simplifying a process that was previously manual and time-consuming. The onboarding abilities are also excellent, making it a breeze to set up new employees with all the needed information quickly and efficiently. It's nice that the system offers to send the invite directly to the new employee and covers all aspects like tax info, pay info, deductions, and paid time off. The implementation specialists were also wonderful, offering help quickly and kindly during the somewhat tedious initial setup. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** There could be some improvement with the PTO portion of the system. The PTO only gives a balance rather than a running balance for our employees to be able to view when they have taken time and what they have accrued/when. The support is great too—if I'm struggling, chatting with an agent typically solves the problem. I don't use every feature of the product though either so I may not be the best judge of all the products.
