It's a bit confusing to choose who has access, like determining who's an owner and who runs payroll. I've been using it for over 10 years. If you're just processing payroll, it's easy to get your pay cycle completed with a few clicks and entry of some numbers. I'm far from a power user; I simply run payroll and keep track of timesheets in a different program, but the integrated timesheets/timetracking would be a great tool if I still had a full staff, saving time on data entry each pay cycle. The website does tend to be sluggish, with menu load-times and page loads not loading in a snappy manner, it can get frustrating when you're trying to quickly get something done. Over the years I've had to contact support for various technical support issues and the agents have always been knowledgable and quick to address the problems. They've recently integrated AI support features which are pretty good at getting answers to common problems, but for anything beyond simply providing information, you still need to talk with a person. Pricing-wise, I have a sweetheart deal from when I first signed up and get more than half off processing, so I've stuck with it even as my payroll needs have become sporadic due to downsizing. Calling the 800 number, or even chat, it is very easy to get ahold of someone in customer service to help with any issues I may have. I use RUN probably 2-3x a week, so I am in there often. Onboarding and even termination are simple and easy steps. The breakdown for adding federal and state tax/withholding information helps a lot, I never know what to do where off the top of my head, so having it broken down by line item and the little answer question marks makes onboarding smooth. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I do not like how time card corrections are in another window. We were able to pre make "new hire" folders ready to use upon onboarding. These folders contain all you need to hire someone properly. That is what I like best about ADP. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, I simply click on the chat feature and an agent walks me through whatever I need or they take care of it on my behalf. It doesn't get any better really. I also feel the initial setup was VERY easy. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I have run into an issue with requesting days off that include weekends. The system picks up the weekend days, which are not part of our schedule. So, if an employee wants to take off Friday through Monday, it should be a request for 2 days, but unless those days are requested separately, the weekend days are included, making it 4 days. Also, when the new Qualified Overtime law was put in place, our overtime hours were not calculating correctly at first, though this was resolved. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use RUN Powered by ADP for payroll and time tracking. Taxes. Reports. ADP Assist is so helpful. When staff is salary the payroll can be automated and nothing needs to be done. Communicate with ADP when you have hourly staff & how to best submit annual raises and annual bonus for each employee. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** We had NO issues with Run ADP program for our company. Data is inputted into the system for employer, bank account to debit along with each employee profile. Using ADP Assist any issues can be resolved. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Only issues we had was when our business was acquired by a corporation. We need to end our payroll services. There was NO exit what to do with all entities since were ending payroll with ADP. No more payroll would be generated from our company using ADP. It was a huge mess with the state of INDIANA. ADP neglected to final quarterly tax return to show $0 income. Numerous conversations with ADP to help us resolve pending communication with the INDIANA Department of Revenue. ADP needs a checklist of reminder steps that need to be completed. ### 49.
