**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I love the amazing features of RUN Powered by ADP, especially their outstanding customer service. When I call in, the representatives know all about the product and explain everything step by step, which is super helpful. Once, we made an error on withholding for an employee, and they caught it and corrected it, making the process seamless. Another feature I appreciate is the screen share option. While talking to a rep, they can see what we're doing and guide us through, which is absolutely wonderful. I find the product to be really lovely and perfect for our needs.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Nothing, everything especially the chat service works very well. every representative that I have had a chat session with was very knowledgeable about the payroll services and how to navigate the screens with me.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RUN Powered by ADP for timely payroll, tax accuracy, and paying health insurance. It ensures efficient payroll processing and has outstanding customer support with screen-sharing assistance, making setup and troubleshooting remarkably easy.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Being able to change pay rates and change hours and all of the weekly stuff from the same screen. Very easy to learn and use. Also that chat feature that any issue I have I can speak to someone quickly.

The biggest thing that I do not like is how long we have been with the company and ran many large payrolls and it is a major pain in our type of business because sometimes we run large payrolls last minute and it gets held up because it is so large. After being with a company so long and this being a normal thing there shouldn't have to be any change or delay.

Makes our complicated payrolls very easy to run, it also is very easy to get issues fixed when I make them. Also being able to run until Thursday evening makes it very nice as well.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I really like the user-friendly interface of RUN Powered by ADP, especially for the more advanced schedule reporting. For example, it shows us how many shifts are being missed each week, which helps us better understand how our revenue is being impacted. The employee onboarding process continues to evolve and feels seamless. RUN Powered by ADP also makes it easy to schedule employees and quickly adjust the schedule for last-minute changes, like call-outs. On top of that, it’s a helpful tool that keeps payroll smooth and essentially effortless.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

It would be nice to develop an invoicing feature that ties into scheduling, so it's more seamless to bill customers. This would allow us to automate invoices, by billing clients based on the hours that an employee clocks in and out.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RUN Powered by ADP makes it easy to schedule employees and handle last-minute changes. It also streamlines onboarding by helping me communicate the necessary information to new hires, and it keeps payroll smooth and effortless.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Ease of use and the support I receive when having issues, either via chat or phone, your support staff are very helpful.  I love the dashboard and the information that is displayed, it makes it easy to know what I need to deal with at first glance when I log in.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Sometimes it is difficult to find exactly which report I need to run.  I know it is a common complaint among accountants that the reports are a bit cumbersome.  But when I do find a report that is concise and has all the information I need, I like the ability to make it a favorite.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a bookkeeper for multiple clients, I love the ease of running payroll and the integration to QB online.  I also appreciate the support I get both on chat and if I call in.  Pricing is very competitive with other payroll companies, but I prefer my client to use ADP, as I find it very easy for my clients to use verse other online payroll companies.

I use RUN Powered by ADP for payroll, onboarding, and timekeeping because everything is laid out simply and is easy to use. When onboarding or doing payroll, nothing is complicated. I also appreciate that any issues are efficiently managed, and whenever I have a question, the chat support is very efficient. The initial setup was very easy, and any questions I had were answered quickly by customer service.

While RUN Powered by ADP is generally reliable, some workflows feel less intuitive than they could be. Certain tasks require multiple steps that could be streamlined, and it can take time to locate specific reports or settings without prior familiarity.

I use RUN Powered by ADP for payroll, onboarding, and timekeeping. It resolves most issues efficiently, with an easy-to-use interface. I haven't encountered any problems, and any questions are quickly handled by customer service.

RUN makes it easy to complete and submit payroll.  I know everything is being handled accurately and efficiently, from paycheck processing to tax filings and payroll tax payments.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

What I sometimes dislike about RUN is that they email me a link to track delivery of my payroll package, but it seems slow to update.  Often the package is delivered before it even says it's out for delivery.  However, that's really just a minor annoyance.  All of the "big things" have gone smoothly.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This payroll service has taken a lot of extra work off my plate at a more affordable cost than our previous payroll company.  Affordability is the main reason we sat down to talk with an ADP rep, but it turns out that payroll is much faster and easier to process and customer service has been spot on whenever we've had questions.

This platform is incredibly easy to use, and the 24/7 customer service is always available to help. The resources provided are very helpful, and generating reports for audits and workers' compensation is straightforward.

There needs to be more training provided on other resources that have not yet been utilized, as well as on the forms used by HR. I am not too familiar with making report I need for Work comps audits and liability audits

I like that RUN Powered by ADP is an easy platform for managing employee time and attendance. The onboarding process is straightforward, and the background check process is effective. I receive helpful reminders via text when payroll is approaching, as well as reminders for paying out unused PTO when an employee leaves. The setup process for RUN Powered by ADP is easy and user-friendly.

Nothing I can think of. When I initiate a chat, the agents are always helpful and quick to respond to my questions or issues regarding time and attendance.

Regarding rehiring a former employee, they were extremely helpful in resolving my issue. I receive reminders for payroll and PTO payouts, and RUN Powered by ADP is easy for tracking time and attendance.

It’s easy to use and fairly manageable. It tells you when you may have made a mistake.  I agree with this statement and it's easy to get reports after and the contact information is easily available.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I think it's intuitive and really hard to compare to other platforms.  I have only used this one.  I find the service very helpful when I need it.  The only dislike is the AI operator at the beginning of the call.  Even when I speak slowly, she doesn't understand.  My first and last name has 2 syllables.

It offers safety guards for payment.  It automatically shows me when I make a mistake.  It gives me options for hourly and salary pay.  I like the checks it has me look at.

ADP answers any questions I have. I can always count on the knowledge they provide. Whatever the issue I have, ADP makes it really easy and smooth. ADP is my go to.

Honestly there isn't anything I do not like. Since day one my relationship has been so smooth. My staff loves that I use their services cause they can take their check and it's always honored.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have had to contact ADP to correct a payroll I run where an employee was paid by a live check and did a mobile deposit and receiving bank had rejected it. I called my bank and they said the problem was on the employees side. Adp was on it and everything is resolved immediately

Easy-to-use payroll system with a lot of support. It’s easy to access, and I love being able to run any report at any time.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I wish I could type notes directly into an employee file such as complaints against them, compliance issues, incidents and HR conversations. Documentation is so crucial in HR and protects the employee and the Company. I HATE the layout of the handbook. It's wonky and has way too many spacing issues. The front page looks very unprofessional and I'm embarrased to show it to our staff at this point!

HR forms, payroll, reports, and employee records are all at my fingertips, along with the general ledger and the details we need. It ensures we have the right information and data to run our company accurately and legally in every way.

I like being able to make changes and get the information I need in real time, without having to rely on an agent for assistance. However, if I do need to speak with someone, the wait time is minimal. The help articles are actually helpful, and I also like that RUN integrates directly with QuickBooks. The interface is easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

As far as the features, there is nothing I dislike about ADP RUN program.  The pricing can hurt the pocket when reviewing how to reduce overhead costs.

I find benefits in handling IRS requests for payroll reports. Using the AI portion of ADP RUN has been beneficial to obtaining the proper documents and information when I have to deal with the IRS directly.

RUN software is easy to use, and the chat assistant is quick. The associates that do help resolve your issues smoothly. I have yet to come across any difficult problem that ADP has not been helpful on. The process of payroll is super easy, and all the reports you need at your finger tips. I would chose ADP RUN over any other software out there.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

To be honest I have no bad reviews of ADP. All my questions and concerns have always been answered perfectly by an ADP representative. The small issue is the wait queue but that doesn't matter to me when I know it will get done once a representative gets online.

Our main issue is the payroll input during holiday pay periods, and conversing with ADP representatives on fixing our mistakes is quick and painless.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

After doing my small business' payroll myself for nearly 37 years, when I relocated to New York my new accountant recommended I use ADP for payroll. I should have done it sooner. It is so simple and not having to worry about all of the requisite forms that need to be filed for the State and IRS has truly saved me an incredible amount of time. I have also had wonderful experiences with the customer service agents on the rare occasions where I didn't know how to find some information (workers comp audit) on the site. I highly recommend using ADP to any small business that is doing payroll related things themselves, it's a huge timesaver and the cost is not overly expensive.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I've been using the program for two years now and so far I have no complaints. If I face a glitch or something I don't know how to do, a quick call to an agent gets me on track.

Besides saving me time, it saves me from the stress of wondering if I made any mistakes with reporting or forgot to submit documentation. It is entirely automated and taken care of for me!

Sometimes the site is slow and requires me to log in and out. The system can be slow at times and requires us to log in later. I wish it would be easier to navigate when it is slow at times

ADP RUN is a very user-friendly platform and an excellent solution for small businesses. It covers the core aspects of HR in one place, including payroll processing, tax compliance, pre-screening, and employee management.

While ADP RUN is user-friendly and great for small businesses, it does have a few drawbacks. Some users find the reporting features a bit limited compared to more robust HR platforms, and customizing certain workflows can be tricky. Timecard tracking is really easy, and generating payroll from there is a breeze. Customer support has been solid as well—they respond to chat messages very quickly and have resolved most of the issues I’ve run into.

We use ADP Run on a daily basis to check timecards, time off, location, and other details, and it makes it simple to stay on top of everything.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

The mobile app on the phone has been missing a lot of punches. It isn’t always reliable for tracking time, and I’m not sure whether there’s a bug in the system that’s causing problems with the timecards. This seems like a new issue, because before this I didn’t have any problems with the system. I also can’t tell if it’s related to software maintenance or a recent update.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I like the ability to allow new employees to upload their own information via a link, which lessens the chance of inputting incorrect information and frees up my time to do other things. RUN Powered by ADP also helps free up time I previously spent on time tracking and processing payroll, and we've integrated our 401K into RUN, freeing up additional time and resources. We utilize the ability to automatically send payroll journal entries to QuickBooks online. Generally, I find the RUN platform to be user-friendly and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

The payroll processing is a bit clunky if changes need to be made. Saving payroll to come back and finish later is difficult. Lines that are split for different wage codes will not save if i need to leave the screen for any reason in the middle of payroll, even after saving.

I love that I can request to speak to a real person and always get a real person. This is important with the AI trying to take over our jobs. I always get the answers I need, and they walk me through the process. It's always fast and easy to navigate.

Only complaint I have is I wish your company created the works comp certificates. It took a minute, but I was able to figure it out. The company we worked through for works comp did all the work for me, I just had to give a list of jobs we had open. Any questions I had, I was able to get answers from a live agent. I do not like the AI, but I love being able to reach out without having to make a phone call.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

RUN is so user friendly, I like how I can get to anywhere with the smart search rather than clicking multiple places to get to a specific tab.  Reporting is great, and very simple to hop in and out of payroll as needed to make sure payroll is correct.  The 24 hr turnaround on Direct Deposit is helpful because I get busy and can even do same day Direct Deposit if needed for no additional fee.  Customer service is 24/7 which is nice because I work a 9-5 and my ADP time is after 5pm.  The General Ledger Interface with QuickBooks saves me and my bookkeeper so much time.  I even use the ADP marketplace to integrate Homebase time sheets directly into RUN.  I have integrated 401K and Workers Comp as well and it makes things so much easier.  The ADP Assist AI helps highlight and catch errors in processing which is also helpful.  Overall pricing is competitive, and it's true you get what you pay for.  I know I would be doing a lot more work using a smaller cheaper provider, and with ADP I can focus on what drives revenue, not payroll.

The ADP timekeeping could use better scheduling functionality, it lacks the ability to copy schedules and easy swap so I have to use another company for that. I wish there was an employee messaging tool so I could easily push a notification for them to sign up for paperless W2's or message about an employees birthday, meetings, anything.  I also wish the handbook had more formatting functionality to have page breaks, and produce a prettier, more formal handbook I can download.

Workers’ Comp audits used to be very cumbersome and time-consuming. However, RUN helped by making it possible to pull multi-year payroll information in a usable format, which solved the issue of having to manually combine the years myself.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I like how easy it is to reach a representative when I have issues with RUN Powered by ADP. Although the wait can be long sometimes, it's convenient that I can handle it on one screen while doing other work. Being able to quickly contact agents is important for me because I'm extremely busy and can't afford to waste time waiting.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I would like to be able to make the changes/fixes myself. There was an error with the week not rolling to the next because of a timecard exception. Nowhere did I get this error, so I had to reach out to ADP to fix it. Had I been alerted to the error, I could have fixed it without ADP's help, which I had to do when ADP told me that was the error.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RUN Powered by ADP to fix employee profiles and resolve timecard issues, making payroll management smoother for my company.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I like the integration and customer service of RUN Powered by ADP. I can generally get a live agent who can screen share with me within several minutes, which saves time and makes information accessible to employees. It also mostly improves workflow and avoids potential errors. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, only taking several total hours to complete as someone experienced in these transitions.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Time & Attendance is not as functional as promised, we had to drop it. Full integration with that would have been great. Allow for custom lunch breaks, job titles for employees on the printable schedule. Better visual printable schedule.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RUN Powered by ADP for payroll and 401k integration. It's a great HRIS tool, improves workflow, and makes employee information accessible. The customer service is quick, helping avoid potential errors.

I use RUN Powered by ADP to run payroll for my LLC, and it just makes my life easier. It simplifies that part of the business where I don't have to worry about taxes whatsoever. Running payroll is straightforward; it only takes three buttons, and it prompts me if I have any other employee to add. At the end of the year, it asks if I want to put any bonuses or anything like that. It's always ensuring I have enough funding in my account, which helps in not putting myself in a bad position. The initial setup was very easy with some help, and it was very simple. I never had any problems with it.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I really like that ADP is a user-friendly platform. Everything is very organized and intuitive. Even if someone who has never used it before logs in, it's not very difficult to figure out. It's very comprehensive. I've used other platforms, and so far, ADP is my favorite. Customer support is good. although sometimes there is a long queue, the agents always help to resolve all questions and concerns. My team uses it for all payrolls in North America, and it has been a very satisfactory experience.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

There are some things that cannot be handled unless authorization has been granted, such as Workers Comp. This has been requested on more than two occasions, by phone and by mail, and we have not received any updates on this matter. Therefore, we still do not have access to handle this or ask agents about it.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP helps us a lot with the notifications we receive from the states. Whenever we have any questions or concerns about a specific issue, we can resolve them with the support team. We have had to make many amendments since last year, and the ADP team has done so perfectly, always meeting the stipulated deadlines.

I appreciate that RUN Powered by ADP provides an all-in-one source for payroll and employee information, including the option for added HR services when needed. The interface has a nicely designed and clean layout, which I find appealing. I also like the sidebar for all the different menu options. It's helpful that the Client ID is always displayed in the bottom corner, as it's often needed when dealing with client services. The client services rep was incredibly helpful with the setup and support, making the initial setup easy.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I don't like having to go through so many layers to get to a human contact. The alerts and added services are a bit annoying to have displayed all the time.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

RUN is incredibly easy to use.  I have access to everything I need both on my computer and my phone.  As a busy business owner, I appreciate having access no matter where I am.  Implementation was very fast and easy.

I have used client services several times in the last 9 month and each time the agent is very friendly, takes the time to listen to your issue in full and then offers to help in multiple ways:  i.e. screen share or verbal instructions.  I have always been to resolve my problem on the call and have never had to wait on hold more than 10 minutes.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I have not found anything I dislike yet.  I have run 20 + payrolls and each one has done accurately and super fast.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to keep both my salaried employees and contractors in separate accounts.  I have all the data at my finger tips even when I am away from the office.  Onboarding new contractors and employees is very easy and quick.  Each of my employees and contractors have access to their ADP account and I no longer need to mail out check stubs which saves a lot of money and time.

You are also assigned a personal contact at ADP when you onboard.  Jacob is always helpful and if he doesn't know the answer he does the research and gets back to me with in the day.  He even will call client services and wait on hold then three-way call me in so I don't have to wait on hold.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

The software is easy to use, the navigation is fantastic, It's easy to find what I need by the headers of the tabs and options, it's fast, very little lag, if I have to change something it's easy to update.  When I've run into issues where I have to issue a one off check, it's easy to do.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I was a little confused about exactly when I do an off cycle check or a manual check.  Because of this I was in the wrong area and there are three check stuck in off cycle that I will eventually contact customer support to help me delete.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First, none of us were familiar with payroll here so it was very difficult to run payroll every week for the city without issues.  Our previous software was antiquated and continually caused issues.  Switching over to ADP, all we have to do is enter our hours and everything else is processed.  We also started using the app so most individuals punch in and out with the app which is extremely helpful, especially for the police dept which frequently have to punch in and out from various locations.  Having the ability to log in and out from listed locations is great.  Now one person can sit and do payroll instead of 2.

This benefits me by providing confidence that payroll is processed correctly and compliantly, saving time on administrative tasks, and allowing me to focus more on strategic HR and operational priorities rather than troubleshooting payroll issues.
