I like how ADP lets me customize how I want everything set up, such as Sick Time, Paid Time, and the ability to add Workers Comp and retirement contributions. ADP makes it easy to manage all that stuff as you set it up and it does everything after that as far as pulling money out and keeping track of vacation time for employees. My only complaint is that I looked into getting health coverage through ADP or the partners they work with, and all the quotes and coverages I got back seemed unreasonably high. It is not a huge deal, but if I could offer this to my employees and it was affordable for them and me, I would love that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you? ADP solves the problem of writing paper checks and calculating taxes and paid time off earned. This helps free up valuable time for me to run my business and cuts out time I spend on paperwork or excel sheets to keep track and calculate payroll-related tasks.
