**What do you like best about Rulex Platform?**

The difficulty and less user friendly nature of the Rulex Platform is not well. It's difficult to navigate through its features and functionalities. I'm not impressed by its capabilities in AI and machine learning.

**What do you dislike about Rulex Platform?**

Lacks the ability to automate tasks and analyze amounts of data has decreased my productivity and decision making process. The customer support provided by the Rulex team is not precise. They are not always there to help me whenever I face any difficulties.

**What problems is Rulex Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The interface of Rulex Platform feels cluttered and overwhelming which makes it difficult to find the features I need. Furthermore I find that the platform lacks user documentation and support making it harder for me to learn or troubleshoot on my own.

> Hi Nathalia. I'm sorry about your experience, although I'm also rather confused. Rulex is used by F50 companies for its excellent AI capabilities, so there may have been some misunderstanding.
Tasks are easily automated and there is no limit on the amount of data that can be handled. 
Customer support is provided though a lively community, and precise and timely responses are replied, even for trial versions.
