What do you dislike about Ruler Analytics? Access to a full API - not just the webhooks - would be useful. Also, ordering static numbers requires a form to be submitted. Ruler provides us with much more insight into where leads have come from and enables us to make more informed marketing decisions about where media should be bought in relation to our objectives. Whilst Ruler solves an issue we have, the only downside is total end to end attribution, which isn't readily available as you can only see first and last click of the user journey. I'd love to see the solution evolve to allow us to comprehensively track and group specific journey's and analyse this in more detail, from first point of contact all the way through to enquiry. Online portal where you can view calls and the marketing attribution, integration with our Zoho CRM and responsiveness of the team when we have certain requests.
