What do you like best about Rulai?

The interface is incredibly user-friendly from a designer standpoint. Everything is easy to find, there's little to no time spent looking for the essential functions. With a simple drag and drop functionality to most of its components, developers and designers will find it easy to create, update and teach their chatbots to reach their full potential. What do you dislike about Rulai?

It's not really a dislike, but since it's an ever-changing market, there are plenty of new functions being implemented by the developers, which means that an specific function that is desired by a company might not be there from the get go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rulai?

The flows are easy to make and understand. It is easy to trigger the flows that we want to test because they work with trigger sentences. The javascript inside gives a lot of possibilities concerning the actions of the bot, for exemple you can retrieve the weather on an external page and communicate the answer to the user. What do you dislike about Rulai?

The trigger of the flow is sometimes case sensitive, which may be a problem in practice. The interface is pretty well designed but the links between flow components sometimes get a bit glitchy (nothing you can't fix by moving them, though). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rulai?

Rulai BOT platform is intuitive to use. With one hour introduction in the training I can start build my first BOT easily! You can launch the BOT by one-button click and instantly view your design! But I do realize if you have developer background, it would be more helpful to design your BOT efficiently. One more thing I like about Rulai is the developer guide website. I believe the site is still under improvement but all the content/artifacts are very well organized and it is easy to browse through without being lost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
