Project setup is user friendly - I did it myself. **What do you dislike about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?** Each project is set up independently - even for the same client. While it is flexible and allows each project to be unique, the option to have the same team and same rates for one client with multiple projects would be useful for me. **Recommendations to others considering Ruddr Professional Services Automation:** Use the Chat capability to ask questions. If an employee's time has been entered and not submitted for approval, there is a warning and the functionality to resolve before invoicing.
