It's also great to be able to designate between billable time, non-billable client time, and internal time — most time management apps I've seen don't include the "internal" time option for things like administrative tasks, meetings, etc. **What do you dislike about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?** The labeling of some menu items is a little confusing, and has taken me some getting used to — definitely have had a learning curve in understanding how to view various items, but I am newer to Ruddr and expect over time it will become easier. **What problems is Ruddr Professional Services Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to track and submit time in a more seamless way that doesn't require merging multiple sources of data for tracking, accounting, data, and internal time vs. client time. **Official Response from Rob Patten:** > Thanks for your review! We also didn't have a good understanding of our revenue forecasting.
