I find project setup is easier than our previous system. I appreciate the quick responses from Ruddr when we have questions or problems. Time entry is pretty quick, and I like how the SSO with M365 works very well. Our previous system was painful to log into, and with Ruddr's integration with our M365 accounts, accessing it is much easier and quicker. The initial setup was very easy, QuickBooks integration was very easy, and integration with Salesforce was a little involved but not bad at all. PTO approval is lacking (need to pre-approve, not when submitting a timesheet). Expense integration with QuickBooks is missing but coming soon, I believe.
