Rucoria is a SaaS platform for residential construction that brings real estate developers, general contractors and homebuyers together in one system, covering the journey from first sale to the end of the warranty period. The sales module includes Flatfinder, an interactive apartment finder, plus home customization tools, while teams manage options, change requests and product catalogs in one place. The inspection and handover module digitizes inspections, punch lists and sign-off with full documentation. Warranty handling keeps every claim in one structured flow, so homebuyers stay informed and teams respond faster. Built-in analytics across documentation, messages, handovers, selections and claims help teams spot bottlenecks and make data-driven decisions. By removing unnecessary communication, Rucoria lets teams focus on building rather than admin. Trusted by 3,000+ companies across 1,200+ projects and 45,000+ homes in Norway, Sweden and Germany.
