What problems is Rubli Lease Accounting Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have about 170 leases and managed on Excel before implementing Rubli. Reporting was very difficult as the file became almost unusable. Reporting month-to-month is so easy. Getting reports for auditors and financial statements is as easy as clicking a button. Journals are easily exported. Auditors can have their own login details and documents are uploaded to Rubli, so no need for back-and-forth emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy the simplicity of using the software which helps us manage all the company's leases.

It is good that you can set who has access to what since we have different divisions within the company they do not get confused about parts which does not effect them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rubli Lease Accounting Solution?

I implemented Rubli at our company in March 2023. We have a portfolio of 900+ leases

Year end reporting is seamless even with various lease and functional currencies.

With the use of the permission groups, we were able to push the month to month management of leases to the various divisions and easily extract the needed AFS disclosures at yearend.

The error handling is also great and the system will prevent most errors in data capturing or logical errors. Also received great support from the Rubli team with regards to any problems or questions we had.

The migration process was also quite seamless using their easy to use templates.

The excel templates and import function also make it easy to add/modify/remeausre a large volume of leases with a single import. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rubli Lease Accounting Solution?

Not so easy to build customised reports yourself without training.

If you have a couple of sets of AFS with different presentation currencies, it creates some difficulties with extracting year end reports in desired currency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rubli Lease Accounting Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

Provides a single platform where all leases data and support is stored which makes it easy to manage on a month to month basis and easy to audit.

It also reduces the risk of any capturing/liogical errors massively with the clever error handling.

Takes away the pressure of ensuring that our templates we used to calculate the right of use assets and lease liabilities previously are accurate and up to date.

Converts leases of many different currencies to our presentation currency easily and accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Journals are prepared by Rubli and you can edit the terms should there be a modification Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rubli Lease Accounting Solution?

The downsides are that when the terms were incorrectly captured and trying to edit the terms before effective date. I get an error which is fruastrating cause that means I will need to create a component. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
