Rubil is a voice dictation tool that turns messy speech into polished, professional writing. Instantly. You click into any text field, talk the way you normally think, and clean formatted text appears right where you need it. It acts a ghostwriter, not a generator. It fixes grammar, adds structure, and formats for where you are writing, but the words stay yours. The same spoken input becomes a structured email in Gmail, a tight message in Slack or Teams, clean prose in Google Docs, and a properly formatted page in Notion. Rubil reads the real context of where you are typing and formats for that surface specifically, across more than 20 platforms and growing. The Chrome extension lives in your browser and is ready the moment you click a text field, with nothing to launch. The Mac desktop app runs from your menu bar with a global hotkey and a recording pill that follows your cursor, so it works across native apps too. Both share the same engine and the same personal Glossary, which you teach so it spells names, handles, and terms the way you use them day to day. Privacy is built into the design, not bolted on. Audio is processed for transcription and discarded immediately. Transcripts are not stored on our servers.
