**What do you like best about RTT Software?**

It did the job! When I looked up data recovery software, there is so much garbage out there. This actually worked and I was able to recover really important video files within 5 minutes of downloading the software.

**What do you dislike about RTT Software?**

It's a bit clunky and non-intuitive. A lot can be done to demystify complex language and terms that the "every person" may not understand but there are user manuals and it's worth figuring out.

**What problems is RTT Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I said, it recovered video files.
