It is a great improvement on the previous communication tool that was used, but it is by no means perfect. Typically connectivity is great, with a strong internet connection, and the sound quality is often much better than phone calls (though obviously not as good as in-person meetings). I've used it to host meetings for approximately 100 people, but it's easily possible to exceed that amount and still have a good connection. We can see if you are online, busy, on a call, within a meeting, etc when contacting an employee. I can refer to conversations that I had in the past, however, not all conversations are saved - maybe a timer is embedded and saves automatically? I 'm not sure. What do you dislike?
here are times when the application goes to unresponsive while dealing with multiple conversations. However it happens very rarely but something that irritates the user facing it. From some days I am having bad result of video call, not only the video changes the quality of video but also audio voice makes distortion that really looks awful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
RTChub for Business works great as a soft phone, and perhaps provides the best clarity and cost savings in that area. Switching from POTS to VOIP in one solution is nice, and the ability to have employees accessing calls using any of the various systems RTChub for Business supports (basically any OS on any modern device) is very nice.
