It helps me get my security code so I can get into my company VPN while working remotely. I like how easy it is to use and get my codes quickly. I helps me stay connected to my company platforms that usually have to be accessed on the company network only. RSA enables me to work from anywhere while maintaining security. It also gives you a lot of time to get your code before it changes to a new one which is really helpful if the system is taking a little longer to open the input box. It has never let me down. When swapping mobile devices (e.g. getting a new mobile phone), transferring the RSA SecurID app from a phone to another can be very painful. Sometimes there can be a minor, few seconds window when the pass code token that is visible on the mobile app isn't anymore valid for authentication purposes and you'll have to wait for the new one to refresh and re-login. RSA is an essential part of my day especially now that I work from home. My job in sales has become fully remote and I have been working from home for about 9 months at this point. Therefore, I need to log onto my company's secure network in order to access company resources and such. When we worked in the office, we would connect to the VPN automatically but now that we work from home, everything has changed. Therefore, I have to login to the VPN every single morning in order to do my job. What I love best about the RSA tool is it provides me with a code automatically in order to logon to the VPN. I pop up Cisco AnyConnect and the RSA prompt pops up automatically to provide me with the unique code in order to log on. This provides an easy and secure experience which is very straightforward. It would be great if both my VPN login (Cisco AnyConnect) and the RSA SecureID module where built in together in one tool. I understand the security issues and such but it would be great if I only had to use one application in order to login to my company's network. As well, I think sometimes when I pop up the RSA application, the code times out pretty quickly. If when I opened RSA, it gave me an ample amount of time to punch it in, it would be easier as opposed to having to rush or wait till the next code generates. Also, the unique pin is the perfect way to access a VPN. Only recommendation would be to integrate the VPN software (Cisco AnyConnect) in my case and the RSA code if possible. I am using RSA tool for the last two years. I like it because it is one of the best, fastest, and very secure ways to connect with different networks that are available anywhere. once it is set up in your laptop or phone ti is very simple to use it.
