Well RPAwesome is a chatbot development tool which we can use to automate our business. The best thing I like about them is the various services they offer for businesses, like Assessment and consultation, they also provide maintenance and Support. They help you identify which processes in your organization can be automated using RPA and provide recommendations on how to optimize these processes. Now a days, bots are super useful to provide assistance to users. RPAwesome assist in developing and deploying RPA bots that can automate tasks and processes. I think the pricing is little bit high compared to other service providers but it's okay as they provide free trial also which you can try before going for paid services. Our bots solve 82% of our users queries. We automated our various small services so that we could focus on big problems. We found ourselves efficient and productive. The best thing about RPAwesome is it reduces the manual touch points, gives options to implement chatbots and AI to enhance the user experience and lower the training costs. However, I am not impressed with the tracking capabilities of this tool. It's very difficult to determine dependency of bots and for a large scale implementation it's very tough to predict what processes may stop functioning in case of issues.
