RoxyReserve is pet care business software built by a pet care business owner for independent providers and small teams. It supports dog boarding, daycare, pet sitting, drop-ins, dog walking, house sitting, and wedding pet care. Businesses can manage booking requests, client and pet profiles, vaccination records, signed agreements, invoices, payments, and client communication. Features include recurring booking requests, staff assignments for drop-ins, GPS care logs, photo updates, report cards, automated cancellation fees, and optional add-ons and tips. Clients can request services, upload vaccination records, receive care updates, and make payments, while owners and staff manage daily care through dedicated views. Built around the practical needs of running a pet care business, RoxyReserve helps reduce administrative work and keep care information organized—with support from real humans.
