Creating tables from Excel or Google Sheets imports is incredible. Creating charts and visuals in just a few clicks and navigating your workspace is PERFECT.

The basic dashboard is not very clear. Need to understand the features and divide screens to jump beetween spaces

Rows is incredible for meeting this primary need that all businesses have -- processing data, working with tables, creating graphs and charts, integrating them into Notion, and sharing them...

**What do you like best about Rows?**

"Rows" has great potential of growing and helping us to save a lot of time by enriching our data with an automated way. There are so many features which I still learning but it's sure you can help us do our work easily and quickly.

**What do you dislike about Rows?**

For someone who doesn't use to work on excel or google sheets, maybe can find "Rows" complicated or difficult to learn. Until now, I couldn't find any other thing. Maybe, more videos about how to do things would help everyone to start using "Rows".

**What problems is Rows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Even though there are a lot of uses, until now I've used "Rows" for prospecting by finding leads from LinkedIn. Also, I'd like to track my Social Media accounts.

**What do you like best about Rows?**

It's great to see such an enthusiastic team that cares deeply about Spreadsheets and the product!

Rows continue to evolve with new features added all the time. I use Rows mostly to replace / or create new internal tools, without the need to write code. 

One of the top features of Rows is first-class JSON support, enabling you to easily connect multiple APIs, without the need to make complicated network requests and parsers.

The Rows team has been always very helpful and friendly when answering my questions.

**What do you dislike about Rows?**

Of course, since the product is still in development, there are few features missing that you would traditionally find in spreadsheets.

**What problems is Rows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rows mostly to replace / or create new internal tools, without the need to write code. I can save my time and mental resources to develop solutions easily in the spreadsheet.

**What do you like best about Rows?**

I work in the FoodTech indursty and Rows allowed me to create internal tools easily and fast, without writing code. Great ROI. It's the best way to automate and scale a team's processes and operations.

Imagine the son of Spreadsheet / Excel + Zapier. Now, add super powers on top of that. That's Rows. 💪

In terms of usability, is really simple. Super easy and fast learning curve. If you know the basics of Excel, then you can use Rows.

**What do you dislike about Rows?**

Because Rows is still a recent tool (couple of years in the market), there are a lot of features still missing / under construction. The cool thing is that every week (literally), they launch new updates. Follow their social media and keep updated.

**What problems is Rows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our Team, we have created cases mainly related to our Operations (e.g. https://rows.com/templates/manage-restaurant-orders). But also for our Marketing, Sales 
and Supply Teams (e.g. B2B sales generation tool).

The cool thing is that is so easy to learn and use Rows, that, for example, our Sales Team generates leads by themselves.

Besides developing solutions for our teams, we creaetd tools for our external stakeholders  (e.g. an online app where our partners can order packaging).

**What do you like best about Rows?**

It is a very handy tool that I use every week (if not daily) for my sales and marketing activities. Also, the results it produces are of excellent quality.

In addition to the product itself, the service provided is of top quality. If I have questions or run into problems in the system (often caused by myself), I get a response and a solution very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Rows?**

There aren't any downsides. 

The first time I used the tool, I thought it could be a bit more user-friendly, but I know it's something they're working on. Besides, after getting the hang of it, it's all quite logical, and if I have any questions, I get a rapid response. :)

**What problems is Rows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team and I are using it for lead generation on contact level and overviews of our Social media pages.

**What do you like best about Rows?**

We at www.impargo.de create software solutions for transportation service providers. Rows enable us to automate several internal processes. E.g., we use Rows for VAT-ID checks, for our dunning process, and other use cases.

Rows can help to relieve your tech department because the combination between spreadsheet and integrations helps to create automation tools without one line of code.

Especially the template section is a good way to start with Rows.

**What do you dislike about Rows?**

Rows is an early-stage product that is missing some formulas and functions I am used to from Excel. However, I do strongly believe that this is a question of time.

**What problems is Rows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VAT-ID check: 6 hours per quarter savings
Dunning process: 3 hours per month

Before Rows, our Bizops Team was super dependent on the availability of the tech team to build automation, integrate dynamic info and create automation to serve the operation. 

Now, they're using Rows every day. Flexibility, quickness and test more than ever!

Problems solved:
Lead generation for sales team;
Update stocks in bulk trough EatTasty API;
Bulk notifications to our partners;
Creation of thousands of vouchers in 1sec;
Send frequent forecasts to our ops team through a connection with an external AI API;
Notifications always on we have sold outs;
Etc, etc, etc.

**What do you like best about Rows?**

I love the tool not only for saving me time and money but also for the support and quality it offers.

I work in a saas enabled marketplace and Rows allow me to generate leads without having to use several tools and without having to know how to program.

In addition to all the tools and enrichment they offer, they also allow me to connect with other tools through their API.

Rows make it easier to do lead generation and scale our sales process.

**What do you dislike about Rows?**

For some people, it can be a little bit difficult to manage, at least at the beginning, but they have a team available to help you build whatever you want using their tool. Just contact their support and they will help you out.

**What problems is Rows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using rows for lead generation. Their product can retrieve contacts using some inputs like name and company domain. With that information, Rows can retrieve a lot of details about the company and their employees

**What do you like best about Rows?**

The rows sheets allow me to develop a lead generation process involving multiple different mechanisms quickly. I'm able to use our own API, in combination with other tools, which help me find other data points which our API cannot provide and then export the results to our CRM. The flexibility of rows and the multiple different integrations are standing out as the main advantages.
Their support team is also excellent; they have always been able to help me out when stuck on a process.

**What do you dislike about Rows?**

There is nothing that I concretely dislike, given that I like to work on Excel or Google Sheets interfaces. But I would count the ease of use as something that could be a disadvantage for people who are not comfortable using similar products or processes as Excel or Google sheets. A person who doesn't like to use excel or google sheets will not be more comfortable using rows. However, the rows platform and team can support their users better than the beforementioned platforms.

**What problems is Rows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can create a lead generation process by integrating different data sources on the same Rows sheet. A sales or marketing team can then use the results. 
I also know that I'm not using the tool's full capabilities; there are many more features I could be using in Rows to track our marketing efforts, for example.

Great that rows is based on standard Google Sheets language meaning it's easy to start from scratch in building formulae etc.. It's certainly a necessary tool and resolves lots of issues we've had with data, great that it also allows use of APIs of tools like crunchbase and others. Fantastic support available too.

A little complex for the layman, and lots of details to pick up on before getting fully to grips with how to build things yourself although the team is very willing to educate you to learn

Rows changed how we do lead research, both in the speed we get leads and the quality of the information we get. We have reduced our call to action from multiple days to hours.
Highly recommend sales teams to test rows and see for themselves how much more they can achieve!

Being a new product, some features could simplify the process of collaboration and sharing the spreadsheets.

**What do you like best about Rows?**

The ease of a spreadsheet, the flexibiltiy of code. Perfect selection of integrations. Lightening-fast support. Pricing model is also very interesting.

**What do you dislike about Rows?**

At the time of writing, the product still feels  unfinished. Though this doesn't majorly entrave usability, it makes Rows more suitable for value-bringing hacks than reliable, vastly deployed tooling.

Just try Rows. It's worth it.

Company-wide, Rows has become our powerhouse for data acquisition and data enrichment. Our processes have been immensely simplified. We are saving >€70k/year in API integration costs.

My favorite thing, if I had to choose one, would be how intuitive the platform is.  From the integrations to the formulas to even the spreadsheet layout, it feels like something you are familiar with now has superpowers!

If you understand spreadsheets, you understand Rows. It's really easy to get a hang of it and connect APIs to build customized dashboards. Working with Rows makes research - we use it for lead gen activities - much more efficient and scalable.

**What do you dislike about Rows?**

You have to invest a little time to get to know the tool, and it is helpful to have an understanding on how APIs and spreadsheets work. Especially if you want to customize everything.

Nearly all sales-related research can be done here. I'd recommend to have one person on the team to administrate Rows, for everyone else using it it's really a time saver.

The simplicity of it. There's so much to do with data within and outside of our companies and it's annoying that it requires such specialized skills to plug into. Rows changes that paradigm, and I'm pretty happy they're doing it!

Well, because of how powerful it is, it can be a bit hard to know where to get started. But its early days still, I feel like their template and onbaording game will get strong and stronger.

Easy setup of workflows to get and store data for further analysis.

I like the integration feature, it is super useful to be able to add information in sheets from the original source and keeping the information up-to-date.

**What do you dislike about Rows?**

There are some Excel features that I miss, like auto-size columns, zoom in- zoom out, so you have to get use to the features available in Rows.

Mainly databases that would have to. manually be updated in irregular intervals that would be very time-consuming, if not completely forgotten over time. Now with rows, it is easy to periodically update the information.

Nothing comes close to Rows flexibility and ease of use when ingesting, manipulating, and getting insights from APIs. Rows empowers spreasheets users and makes them capable builders of internal tools and advanced spreadsheets.
