Including pictures and notes for proof of delivery. \*It is easy to communicate, add or remove stops, add time window and add priority stop to flag the importance of a particular stop. Customer Support is off the charts! Answers are quick and if we can not figure an issue, Suzanne or Chris work it out quite quickly without any interference to our day. I look forward to working on it once all the changes have occurred. \*Address errors - If client addresses aren't formatted perfectly, that stop can cause issues where it maps out of town or opposite end of the city. Routific is very effective! We are especially happy with the shopify integration, as we do deliveries right from our business to the local area. What do you dislike about Routific? I have not personally encountered any downsides. I've used three or four softwares since 2020 and this is by FAR the easiest and cleanest interface. It's very easy to download an excel spreadsheet and see immediate results of your daily planned route. I enjoy the fact that the app alerts my customers when a delivery is on the way, and when it has been delivered. My drivers also express how easy it is to use the app on their phones. Routific can be seamlesly integrated with your current systems. Furthermore, the algorithms that use for optimization provide good quality scenarios that are very close to reality. It is fast so you can have it as your "partner" in your logistics problems and as part of the decision making process. Last but not least it is well documented and the dev site can be seen to test the app and get a good grasp of all the features and the API. For the time being nothing, I had some issues with the implementation of the maps with the optimized routes for another platform but the engineering team was very supportive! I've used Routific noumorous times and it is easy to use and creates routes in moments. There are a ton of features for every need. I especially like the large clear map that comes up so that I can also get an idea of where the route is and make adjustments. Plus they have great customer service.
