"Create, sent and control delivery routes"

What do you like best about Routific?

Routific is incredibly easy to set up and use. You can insert your drivers, then the different addresses you have to deliver to and then let the software to its work. The algorithm will search for an optimized route in order to diminish the distances between one customer and the next, so that you can achieve a better resource utilization and make more with the same number of drivers. Once the routes are setup they can look at them through their app so that they can work off their list according to the order given by the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Routific?

Until now we were able to do everything we wanted with Routific without any issues at all. The software works really good, I hope they will continue to further develop and improve the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A game changer for transportation for our school"

What do you like best about Routific?

We love being able to send routes and updates to our drivers effortlessly. Routific has taken the headache out of coordinating routes and making last minutes changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Routific?

In places with poor cell service it can sometimes be challenging for our drivers to access their routes. We are hopeful that an app will be developed and this problem can be eliminated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Routific:

Routific really has saved our organization time, resources, and headaches. It has made coordinating transportation with our scholars, parents, and drivers simple and convenient. Our drivers love the ability to access the routes from their phones and our admin team loves how easy it is to make updates to routes. What do you like best about Routific?

I really like the feature that automatically texts the clients with updates on the driver ETA and once their packages are delivered. It provides ease and efficiency for everyone rather than manually contacting each client before and after a stop. We only have a few drivers, so it's great that we are charged by the number of vehicles. Routific also optimizes the routes by your choice of timing or distance traveled, doing all the work for us! What do you dislike about Routific?

A downside is that you are unable to choose which driver takes a particular route, but there are ways around that.

Also, you're not able to make any alterations to a previous route after it's been dispatched to the drivers. It's sometimes needed for our payroll process since certain clients may cancel their delivery after the route has been created or a late stop is added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Routific:

Give yourself time to become familiar with the website before fully implementing the service. Also, it is a good idea to do a test run using your phone number have a clue to what your drivers and clients will be seeing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Routific solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problems solved were cost and driver efficiency. We were paying almost double the price using our previous route service and didn't even have the same features that we do now with the customer notifications. The benefit is the reduced time the drivers spend in between stops to send messages manually to each client to alert them that they are on the way and once the package is delivered. It enhances safety because it gives drivers less of a reason to stop for too long in potentially dangerous areas or texting while driving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Routific?

The things I like best about Routific:

The easy user interface for my team to use:

- when confirming that all routes are scheduled, or altering the routes so that they can all be scheduled.

- selecting new routes

- simple but effective layout

The integration of API:

- the large amount of custom settings I can depict when populating a route through API

- the ability to have a webhook dispatch back to my servers on the user interface

- the ability to be able to just use the API without a web view

The routific support:

- fantastic support and constant updates

The routing

- the routing works fast and as of this moment does a fantastic job of routing and managing many aspects of the delivery such as package capacity etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Routific?

The API documentation could be slightly more user friendly, a little hard to find the code and the main text is just a bit big so hard to read fast and jump around.

What problems is Routific solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Routific we are using it to build an eCommerce system that integrates with our delivery system. So once a user has placed an order it goes into our database. When a deliver shift is soon to happen all the orders for that shift are collected and set to routific with our available drivers at the time.

This then provides the necessary routes for the amount of drivers we have and to be able to deliver the customers goods when they have requested the goods to be delivered (clashes dependent).

The benefits we have realized is we can automate our whole system much better as the routing is the key link between the drivers and sales, so using the routific API we can automatically route all the sales and push this on to our own drivers apps. "Perfect program to organize my delivery routes"

What do you like best about Routific?

What do you like best about Routific?

The ability to set so many different rules that matter to me. Delivery windows, traffic speeds, delivery lengths, start times. Theres nothing that you can't customize Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the sorting in the customer section is not functional. The ability to sort customers by Tags or towns or mass update them is not there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
